We stock a mix of used, refurbished and select new units. Each listing clearly states the condition, along with mileage where applicable.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Yes. Used units carry a minimum 3-month warranty, and refurbished units carry up to 6 months, covering internal mechanical failure under normal use.
How long does delivery take?+
In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours and typically arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your location within South Africa.
Can I pay on delivery or is payment required upfront?+
Checkout on our site only captures your shipping and billing details — no payment is taken online. Our team will contact you directly to arrange payment.
How do I know an engine or gearbox will fit my car?+
Every listing includes the exact make, model and OEM part/engine code it was sourced from. Compare this against your vehicle's engine or gearbox code, or message us on WhatsApp to confirm.
What if the part doesn't fit or arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for the full process — most fitment or damage issues are resolved with a replacement or refund.
Do you ship outside South Africa?+
We currently ship within South Africa and select neighbouring countries. Contact us before ordering if you're outside these regions.
